It comprises 5 categories ranging from 1 to 5 stars and is valid for 5 years, at the end of which time the owner must apply for a new classification if he wants his accommodation to continue to be classified.<\/p>\n\n                                <\/div>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"GutAccordions-item __accordion-parent\">\n                                                            <h2 class=\"GutAccordions-title __accordion-link\">\n                                    Requirements\n                                <\/h2>\n                                                                                        <div class=\"GutAccordions-text Content __accordion-content\">\n                                    <p>Furnished accommodation with a living area for one or two people must have a minimum surface area of 9 m\u00b2 when the kitchen is separate, or at least 12 m\u00b2 when there is a kitchenette.<br \/>\nThis does not include the surface area of the WC and bathroom, which must therefore be deducted.<\/p>\n\n                                <\/div>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"GutAccordions-item __accordion-parent\">\n                                                            <h2 class=\"GutAccordions-title __accordion-link\">\n                                    Classification criteria\n                                <\/h2>\n                                                                                        <div class=\"GutAccordions-text Content __accordion-content\">\n                                    <p>The ranking table contains 133 criteria divided into 3 main sections: facilities, customer services, accessibility and sustainable development.<br \/>\nThe ranking is based on a points system.
