The six resorts are connected via the summit of l\u2019Ouillon at 2,431 meters above sea level, offering 310 km of slopes and reaching a maximum altitude of 2,620 meters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"862\">Since then, each of the Sybelles resorts has seen a range of leisure rental properties emerge. Some of these properties have never been renovated, while the expectations and needs of our clientele have evolved dramatically.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1204\">Faced with a regular decline in the occupancy of these accommodations, it has become essential to take action to ensure the future of the Sybelles resorts. This challenge\u2014occupancy of tourist beds, renovation, marketing, and commitment to environmental standards\u2014is shared by French ski resorts, and the Sybelles resorts are no exception.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1528\">For this reason, and in the interest of everyone\u2014tourism professionals, residents, and property owners\u2014the municipalities, tourist offices, owners\u2019 associations, and ski lift companies of the Sybelles invite you to enhance the value of your leisure property by applying for the <strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1519\">\u201cQUALIT\u00c9 H\u00c9BERGEMENT SYBELLES\u00ae\u201d<\/strong> label.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"2247\">The <strong data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1569\">\u201cQUALIT\u00c9 H\u00c9BERGEMENT SYBELLES\u00ae\u201d<\/strong> label is a complementary approach to the official classification of furnished tourist accommodations. Both processes can be undertaken simultaneously. The label promotes quality, visibility, and environmental responsibility for all accommodations located in the six municipalities connected by the Sybelles Ski Area (currently only Le Corbier and La Toussuire). It highlights the efforts made by owners of furnished tourist rentals. Everything is designed to strengthen the resorts\u2019 image of quality. The program aims to boost tourist attendance, reduce unoccupied beds, and facilitate marketing. The municipalities seek to attract new clientele and build loyalty among them.<\/p>\n\n                                <\/div>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"GutAccordions-item __accordion-parent\">\n                                                            <h2 class=\"GutAccordions-title __accordion-link\">\n                                    The approach\n                                <\/h2>\n                                                                                        <div class=\"GutAccordions-text Content __accordion-content\">\n                                    <p data-start=\"41\" data-end=\"223\">Based on a voluntary approach, owners of furnished rentals located in any of the municipalities connected by the Sybelles Ski Area can request an evaluation of their property(ies).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"329\">It is strongly recommended to request the evaluation before making any renovations or transformations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"529\">An audit is conducted by the <strong data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"395\">\u201cQUALIT\u00c9 H\u00c9BERGEMENT SYBELLES\u00ae\u201d<\/strong> accommodation manager of the relevant location, either at the owner\u2019s request or through their representative (real estate agency).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"604\">The audit is based on a set of specifications with two main dimensions:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"829\">\n<li data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"728\">\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"728\"><strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"624\">Qualitative:<\/strong> The aim is to verify, assess, and advise on comfort, a welcoming atmosphere, and interior decoration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"829\">\n<p data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"829\"><strong data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"745\">Technical:<\/strong> The audit uses a grid of objective criteria adapted to each room of the property.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"913\">No specific style is imposed; contemporary and traditional elements can coexist.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"970\">The process is free of charge and fully confidential.<\/p>\n\n                                <\/div>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"GutAccordions-item __accordion-parent\">\n                                                            <h2 class=\"GutAccordions-title __accordion-link\">\n                                    Benefits\n                                <\/h2>\n                                                                                        <div class=\"GutAccordions-text Content __accordion-content\">\n                                    <p data-start=\"41\" data-end=\"117\">The nature of the benefits is proportional to the number of nights rented:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"487\">\n<li data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"264\">\n<p data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"264\"><strong data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"138\">BRONZE Class:<\/strong> 8 weeks or 56 nights (including at least 6 weeks or 42 nights during the winter season, i.e., the resort\u2019s opening period).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"376\">\n<p data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"376\"><strong data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"284\">SILVER Class:<\/strong> 10 weeks or 70 nights (including at least 8 weeks or 56 nights during the winter season).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"487\">\n<p data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"487\"><strong data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"394\">GOLD Class:<\/strong> 12 weeks or 84 nights (including at least 10 weeks or 70 nights during the winter season).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"988\">Owners (or their real estate agency) whose apartment is located in the municipality of Villarembert \u2013 Le Corbier must provide proof of their rentals no later than <strong data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"668\">September 30<\/strong> of each year, when the labeling applies between <strong data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"769\">October 1 of year N-1 and September 30 of year N<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"773\" \/>(Example: to benefit from the advantage vouchers for the upcoming winter and summer seasons, your supporting documents must cover the previous winter and summer. No documents outside this period will be accepted.)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1072\">To do this, the owner must present to the competent department of the Town Hall:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1297\">\n<li data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1117\">\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1117\">a copy of the signed rental contract(s),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1176\">\n<p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1176\">proof of rental via platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1202\">\n<p data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1202\">proof of payment, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1297\">\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1297\">confirmation that the tourist tax declaration is up to date (provide the rental register).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1334\">Benefits are <strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1331\">not retroactive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1400\">The benefits are reserved exclusively for <strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1397\">tourist rentals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1714\">Benefits will be given directly to the owner whose apartment is located in Villarembert \u2013 Le Corbier for <strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1532\">strictly personal use<\/strong>, i.e., the owner and direct-line descendants over three generations.
